When entering your new members make sure to collect the following information:
- First, Middle and Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Permanent (Home) address
- Pledged Date
- Expected Graduation Date
The selection step (or second step of the action) is where you enter the member’s personal information, as you can see in the picture below (click to enlarge).
Clicking “continue” moves you to the additional information step and you can enter their pledged date and expected graduation date. Make sure that you enter the pledged date correctly! If you accidentally date it in the future, or with an incorrect year, the new member will not be added correctly to your roster. (Click the picture to enlarge)

One more thing - make sure that your chapter’s Vice President of New Member Education has taken one of the webinars on the new member program on the Enriching U platform.
