Welcome to Delta Zeta’s new online tool especially for collegiate chapters, officers and advisors. Delta Zeta collegiate chapter reporting and operations changed with the implementation of new websites, such as Chapter Inc., and tools now available through our website. We know that this page, and its corresponding social network posts, will become something you’ll want to bookmark, follow in your RSS feed, and visit often.
Expect posts on Tuesdays and Fridays which will cover everything from chapter reporting to officer training and transition ideas! Guest bloggers will join in the conversation. So check back frequently for lots of useful information.
One new feature, which you can preview to the right, is an updated calendar. Key dates that chapters should keep in mind are updated regularly. By clicking the link “calendar” at the bottom you now have the option to view the full calendar and to export it to the program of your choice (Outlook, Google etc.).
A second feature can be seen right at the bottom of this post – the ability to comment via Facebook to any blog entry. Share your thoughts on our posts with Delta Zeta through your Facebook network.
DZ Digest, which has its home currently on Delta Zeta’s private, social network, Metro, will now be previewed each month here on the Delta Zeta Blog. Your chapter’s President and CCD will continue to receive an e-blast message but now all officers can easily track updates and click through to Metro to read important officer updates. September’s DZ Digest will include updates on:
- Chapter Inc. updates- the addition of expected graduation date to collegiate member’s records and the addition of expanded event codes in the Programs and Events action
- New member programming – requirements for initiation, parents programs, new member retreat, chapter involvement workshop, philanthropy and the new member program as well as the Request to Initiate and Initiation steps in Chapter Inc.
- Annual award winners
- Philanthropy information for both alumnae and collegiate chapters
- i Have a Choice program information
- Academic probation process updates
To view DZ Digest, click here and sign into Metro.
